Marc Bhalla (he/him) [biracial] is a mediator, arbitrator and trainer. He earned a Master of Laws in Dispute Resolution from Osgoode Hall Law School, an Executive Certificate in Conflict Management from the University of Windsor's Faculty of Law and a Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto's prestigious Trinity College.

Marc holds the Chartered Mediator and Qualified Arbitrator designations of the ADR Institute of Canada and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is a leader in online dispute resolution and believes in proactive, flexible and creative approaches to engaging, managing and addressing conflict.

Marc has been a repeat guest lecturer at the Queen's University Faculty of Law and Osgoode Hall Law School. He is accredited as an approved trainer by the ADR Institute of Canada.

Marc has also written extensively about dispute resolution and spoken from coast-to-coast across Canada.

Marc serves as co-chair of the Med-Arb Section of the ADR Institute of Ontario and on the organization's Regional Assessment Committee.  He is also the founder of ADR Athletics, a web hub that supports the health and wellness of ADR practitioners.

Marc has made academic contributions to the Journal of Arbitration and Mediation, the McGill Journal of Dispute Resolution and the Journal of the Canadian Collaborative for Engagement & Conflict Management. His book, The Art of Role Play in Dispute Resolution Training, was released in late 2020 by Shadow of the Law Publications and is available worldwide on Amazon.

In 2020, Marc was honoured with a STAR Award by the ADR Institute of Ontario. He is the youngest recipient of this prestigious recognition to date.

Marc is a member of the South Asian Bar Association and the Society of Ontario Adjudicators and Regulators.
